We are looking forward to restarting our cookery courses this Autumn and to welcome you for more exciting culinary experiences.

This course includes the following classes:

1. Quick and healthy vegetable-based cooking 

We will cook simple and nutritious recipes using seasonal and store cupboard ingredients.

Date: Saturday 2nd October 2021
Time: 2.30-5.00 PM

2. Cooking on a budget: sustainable recipes to create a balanced menu 

We will explore a range of ingredients and culinary techniques to produce low-cost meals.

Date: Saturday 6th November 2021
Time 2.30-5.00 PM

3. Festive Christmas menu 

The class will open with a canape and mocktail demonstration to enjoy during the class. This will be followed by a festive Christmas main course and dessert.

Date: Saturday 11th December 2021
Time 2.30-5.00 PM
