Fast track Programme

Are you a young woman of 16 years or older? Are you interested in a career in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry?
Join us on our fast track programme and find out first hand what the industry is like.

On our six day fast track programme you will spend four days in a commercial kitchen learning alongside a qualified trainer and chef. Following this you will spend a further two days in the food service department acquiring vital skills on catering for an event and potentially waitressing a three course meal.

Not only will you gain technical expertise in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry but also excellent transferable skills including time management, team work, communication and organisational skills. At the end of training you will receive a certificate and you will have the opportunity to work at Thornycroft in the future or do a work placement in Lakefield Hospitality College in London.
